These terms govern your use of the Daily Task Master browser extension and related services (the "Service"), operated by Daily Task Master Team. By installing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Daily Task Master is a new-tab productivity extension for managing tasks (including recurring tasks and optional reminders), meetings, people notes, journal entries, and standups, with a quick-command palette. Core features work locally on your device. An optional Pro subscription unlocks cloud sync across your devices and the weekly review & streaks.
Accounts
Signing in with Google is optional and used to enable sync. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
Subscriptions, billing & renewal
- Pro is offered as a monthly (₹49) or annual (₹490) subscription, following a 30-day free trial that requires no card.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change with prior notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content. You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant us only the limited rights needed to store and sync it for you.
Your own AI keys
Optional AI features require your own third-party API key and are subject to that provider's terms and charges. You are responsible for any usage and costs incurred on your key.
Availability & disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for keeping your own backups (an export feature is provided).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
